Cobb Property Services began as Cobb Waterblasting, Inc. in 1989 with our steam cleaning/pressure washing service. Focusing on Customer Service and Work Quality built us the reputation as an industry leader and our customers began asking, “What other services do you provide”? These requests were instrumental in the development of our power sweeping and day porter service, which were both implemented in 1994. Since that time we have added window & awning cleaning, graffiti removal and haul away service.

Our service area includes Orange, San Diego and Greater Los Angeles counties as well as portions of Riverside, San Bernardino counties. Cobb Property Services continuously provides superior work quality by staying committed to team member training and continuous supervision.
